Printing a Short Ship Reasons List

1. When you first enter the Short Ship Reasons option a Select An Option window will appear; select PRINT LIST.

2. Command options will appear allowing you to print or choose from a set of other print options.

The following information prints on the Short Ship Reasons List:

• Ref –The ID code associated with the short ship reason.
• Description – The name/description of the short ship reason.
